Six Senior Executives Meet to Provide

BOSTON, MA —
May 23, 2003 — MedAptus, a leading provider of point-of-care solutions for physicians, today announced the successful first meeting of its Executive Advisory Board.
The MedAptus Executive Advisory Board was designed to unite Senior Level Executives from its client base to review strategic and product plans and to provide feedback and input. "We are very pleased with the first meeting of our Executive Advisory Board," commented Bryan Dieter, President and CEO. "As a formulative meeting, this was very productive and the input from the executives will help us to make sure we are executing on a strategy consistent with our clients' needs."
The participants included Senior Level representatives from Bridgewater Goddard Park Medical Associates, Dedham Medical Associates, Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates, The Lahey Clinic, Pioneer Physicians and University Physician Associates of New Jersey. The clients ranged from organizations comprised of 28 providers in 6 locations to groups of more than 450 providers.
Among those participating was Deborah Wilson, CEO of Bridgewater Goddard Park. "I enjoyed participating in the MedAptus Executive Advisory Board," commented Ms. Wilson. "It provided a good forum to assist our partner and make sure that they are well positioned to continue to serve our future needs. It also afforded me the opportunity to connect with peers who are addressing similar issues."

The Executive Advisory Board will meet twice annually and will complement the Clinician Advisory Board that held its first meeting earlier this year. MedAptus also expects to hold its first User Group meeting later this year.
